About my services.....

A compassionate approach guides my work and I feel honored to share in the therapeutic process with clients on their journey towards greater self-awareness and wellness.  I work with clients in all stages of life including teens, adults, and elderly. Sessions can be scheduled for individuals, couples, and/or families. I have additional training for working with couples to help uncover communication challenges, tackle complexities, and establish harmony and balance to the relationship.

I can assist with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship problems, childhood issues, transitions in life, self-concept development, existential crisis/exploration, and stress relief/relaxation.

I also work closely with my husband, an Austin based house call physician (The Doctor Is At Your Door), offering in-home services to elderly and/or disabled, homebound patients.  My services can support clients and/or caregivers with life transitions, grief/loss, coping with pain and medical issues, greater awareness for health and lifestyle adjustment needs, and end of life/hospice care.
